CANT ACESS OR DELETE RENEWAL

Hi, I have the account Tweekling with the email attached being (email visible only to moderators and staff). I can not get into that account to stop the renewal process, no matter how many times I try to get it to send my a reset my password link it won’t. I made this account against my will just so I could contact you guys because there was no way to do it without making another stupid account. I want to stop all renewals. I want I to the account with the username Tweekling, I have the comic The Settlers on it and I want everything taken down and deleted and not renewed, but I can’t access my account no matter how hard I try since I receive no emails or help. I’m extremely pissed off and don’t want to be charged any more money and am furious I had to make another account just to contact you.

That email address is currently registered to the account you’re logged in to, and we only allow one account per email address.
The username you quoted is registered here under a different email address, but there are absolutely no sites, purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under that account or the account you’re currently logged into.
What is the URL of the site you’re being charged for?

I have been trying for hours to get help with this. Every email I have I tried, every password combo, nothing will send me any password links or anything. I thought I deleted it long ago.

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
