I have premium account and can’t activate theme. Called NotesLab. I have no plug-ins installed and cleared my cache on chrome.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

When attempting to activate a theme like NotesLab on a Premium account fails, it is usually caused by a temporary mismatch in plan entitlement sync or a modern Full Site Editing (FSE) setup lock. In some cases, premium themes require the site’s block editor database structure to finish initialization, or the activation request gets hung up during backend theme provisioning. Since you have already cleared your Chrome cache and verified no plugin conflicts exist, this will need a quick backend kick from staff. I have flagged this thread for our Staff / Happiness Engineers so they can inspect your site, refresh your theme licensing cache, and activate NotesLab for you directly!

Thank you! I got it to work by logging into original user’s login, since i’m only allowed editor access. Not sure if that’s why it didn’t work but it would make sense for editors to be allowed to use templates and plug-ins.

Hi there, thanks for the update. I’m glad you got it to work from the admin’s account.
You’re on the right track about why it didn’t work from your account. Editors are allowed to do things with the content on the site but not to modify its structure, settings, themes, and plugins. These actions require administrator permissions.Of course, a site can have multiple admins, so you can ask the owner to make you an admin if they need you to make changes from your account that go beyond content. Please see this guide for more information on what each role allows:
