Can’t activate theme

  Hey,
  We’re having problems activating themes. It says to contact support, can you help us?

  Sure thing! Please confirm which site you are trying to work on and also let me know what theme you want to activate on the site.

  Is there an error message or just the bit about contacting support?

  I am having the same problem – it says to ‘contact support’

  @1ehcsrop can you clarify which site has this problem, and what theme you’re trying to activate?

  Also, since the original poster’s issue could be different from yours (perhaps they’ve already solved it), could you start a new topic here?
