can't activite my gravatar account to upload photo

  click on the activate account button and does;t work
  can’t we have a more simple way of uploading a profile photo like browsing our files and choosing a photo and simply uploading? Much easier than having to agree to having another app downloaded on your laptop that you won’t use again! thanks
