Can’t add a new post

    Hello, I can’t seem to add a new post or edit a published one. When I click to ‘add new post’ or ‘edit’, I just get a blank white screen. Last time I successfully added a new post was last Wednesday.
    Any ideas?

    Hi there,

    What you’re describing is usually caused by a problem in your browser. You can confirm by logging into your account using a completely different browser and trying there.

    If that works, in the browser where it’s not working, clear the cache, make sure the browser allows JavaScript, and try disabling any ad-blocker or anti-tracking plugins you may have installed in your browser.

    Solve common browser issues

    If it happens on multiple browsers, it might be a connection problem instead. In that case, unplug your modem/router for a few seconds to reset it, and also restart your computer to see if that makes a difference.
