Cant Add Categories or Upload images.

  So I’m new to this whole wordpress thing and I just had the latest version installed however I can’t add categories or upload images.

  this message:

  Forbidden
  You don’t have permission to access /wordpress/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php on this server.

  Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

  Your blog is a free download from wordpress. org and you are in the wrong forum. You need to post to this forum http://wordpress.org/support because at wordpress.com we run on different software.
