Can’t add DNS record by using the Elementor Hosting

    I had purchased the Elementor Hosting Service free month ago, but just found that there are a big problem on adding or modify the DNS record for the Google Workspace verification. The original hosting menu at the dashboard had been replaced by the Elementor Hosting page, and their customer support keep replying they can’t help to add the records, even the MX records. May I know what should I do now on turn back to the original WordPress Hosting Dashboard page…..many many thanks for solving this problem…..

    Hi,

    If you purchased the domain from the Elementor Hosting panel, we cannot help unless you transfer the domain to WordPress.com. If Elementor allows you to modify the DNS records, you can connect your domain to WordPress.com without transferring it, but since they are not cooperative, you can follow the article below to transfer your domain.

    After the transfer, you will be able to manage all DNS records easily.

    I checked your site and noticed that it’s not hosted on WordPress.com but is instead a self-hosted WordPress.org site, as you can see here:

    What you’ll want to do now is ask your question on the WordPress.org community forums at this link:

     https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/ 

    That forum is perfect for sites like yours that use WordPress software but aren’t hosted with WordPress.com.
