Can't add theme

  Hello, I am trying to add a theme and I get the following message after uploading

  ‘This site can’t be reached
  The webpage at http://box2029.temp.domains/~sisteso3/wp-admin/update.php?action=upload-theme might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
  ERR_ACCESS_DENIED’

  Please help

  Hi there,

  http://box2029.temp.domains/ is not a WordPress.com site, but a temporary domain provided by Bluehost. That means you’re not using WordPress.com, but the open source WordPress software found on WordPress.org.

  Please contact Bluehost support for help with this.
