Can't add users, author doesn't show up on posts

  I’m having trouble adding users. I invite them, and they receive the email. They create an account and click the “Accept Invitation” link in the email, but my account never updates. It just says the status is “Waiting”.

  Additionally, I can’t see the author’s name on each post and can’t figure out how to add this to the post. I’m not sure if it’s an issue with the layout we’ve chosen, or a feature of this version of wordpress.

  There’s still two users that haven’t accepted the invitation yet. Please review this page and click on the ‘Resend’ link to resend the invitation.
