Can’t approve my email in contact info

    Hey,
    I’m trying to change the profile images of my users on styles-blog.com, and I need to activate my login email for it.
    I tried to add these emails in the contact info for this site:
    (email visible only to moderators and staff)
    (email visible only to moderators and staff)
    but I didn’t get any email from WP to confirm it.

    Jetpack: Unknown
    Correct account: Unknown

    This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    This means we are unable to help with this site.

    I would recommend reaching out to the hosting provider for assistance with getting help with this site.

    Generally speaking, profiles in the site can be edited via Dashboard > Users.
