cant blog unauthorized message

  When I try to post a new blog it won’t allow me it says unauthorized

  Are you logged in under the username account that registered that blog? if you aren’t then log out and clear your browser cache and cookies and then log in under the correct username account ie. the username account that registered that blog and is Admin of that blog.
