Can't Buy Domain Mapping

  Hello, I wanted to purchase Domain Mapping, and not any form of plan. The website lists Domain Mapping at $13.00. I tried to purchase it stand alone, but when I remove the premium plan, which I did NOT Put in my cart, it redirects me to my website manager.

  The website is clearly offering “Domain Mapping” but then forcing me to buy a plan, nowhere does it state that a plan is required or that Domain Mapping is NOT a stand alone product.

  I just want to add my Domain. Someone please help. The one reply I got from customer service was “It’s not free”. I never said it was. I don’t want it to be. Let me buy your advertised product as is.

  Is there some kind of glitch that won’t let me purchase Domain Mapping?

  There’s no glitch, domain mapping is only available through our paid plans, which is why you are being asked up grade when selecting that option:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/

  You can choose any paid plan though — Personal, Premium or Business. Choose of one those and then add domain mapping to your cart.
