can't cancel and refund a theme

  I follow the instructions and try to can and refund a theme, but the pop up comes up with nothing, its just blank.

  I purchased the wrong theme. I need a self hosted version of it!

  Hi there,

  Sorry for the trouble! The cancellation couldn’t go through because the Hive theme you purchased was still activated on your WordPress.com site.

  I just activated a default theme there, instead, and cancelled and refunded your theme purchase. You can buy the self-hosted version of the Hive theme from the theme author (Pixelgrade) here:
