Can't cancel old account, was charge TWICE for it. No ability to contact support. I am very unh

    I am trying to cancel my old site ‘whatofit.net’. I was charged for it twice since it has been out of use, and it has taken me two years, and the use of another account to even be able to contact your business. I got a notification of another charge today via paypal (transaction ID [redacted by mod]).
    Please cancel this account, and contact me immediately. I am very unhappy with the lack of customer service you folks provide. Sort this out, please.

    You cannot cancel an upgrade without being able to log into the account that owns that upgrade. You can see the security issue it would present if anyone could cancel any other user’s upgrades.

    So, we have a tool for situations like this:

    Why was I charged?

    Can I ask you to give that a try?

    You could also try entering old/unused email addresses in the lost password tool in order to try and regain access to your other account:
