Cant cancel one of my upgrades

  i cant cancel one of my upragdes in store.

  I have a custum theme that is set for auto-renewal the 29th of janaury, and in Store-Mye upgrades i cant cancel as mention in your text: You can use the “Cancel” button on My Upgrades if available or Contact support if you want to request a refund.

  Will you please help me?

  Custom Themes are a one time cost per blog – a Theme should not be renewing –

  The upgrade has been purchased by a different user (olesommarset). Only that user can cancel the upgrade. Make sure you log into the right account.
