Can't cancel premium plan

  I have a premium plan on one of my accounts that is coming up for renewal and I want to cancel but it’s not appearing in my purchases. Can someone help me?

  Is this for the premium plan for watertightmarketing.wordpress.com?

  I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.

  It is under watertight.

  What I can do is e-mail the address associated with the account so that you can check all of your e-mails and see which one receives the message. All you would need to do is respond from that e-mail to verify ownership. Then, I will definitely be able to assist you in regaining access.
