Can't change email

  I set up a site with the incorrect email address; I then tried to change it to the correct one, and it will not let me save changes as I had an old site with the email. I then went to the old site and deleted it. However, I still cannot change the email on the new site (couscousarch) to my correct email, and am currently using a temporary email belonging to someone else to login.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You will need to log into your old account and change the email to something else. Then you should be able to log into your new account and change the email to be the one you want.

  Does that make sense?

  My question is related to the one above. I set this up 7 years ago and it has been dormant. I now want to use the blog (and I am using the blog) but it is associated with an email from long ago. I no longer have this email account. I’ve tried to change on my account within WordPress but it says,that confirmation of the,change went t my original email. Again, I have no access to this email. Can you pls direct me on the proper way to make this change? Thx

  The confirmation email goes to the NEW email address. Not the old one. So you shouldn’t have any issues.
