Can’t change my free domain

  Hello, I want to change my free domain to a new one but was given below error message:

  ‘Oops! Sorry an error has occurred. Please click here to contact us so that we can fix it. Please remember that you have to provide the full, complete Blog URL, otherwise we can not fix it’

  It looks like I need to contact the support team but can anyone here help? Thanks in advance!

  Okay, when the error message appeared it was not in a proper link form so I couldn’t click on anything but it appeared properly here so I guess I’ll do that.
