can't change picture on home page

Hello Grace
I am trying to remove the comment box ,like, share and all writing at the bottom of my front page. I just want the picture, title and pages at the top. No matter what I try I am not having any luck PLEASE HELP ME fix my front page so I just have the picture and writing at the top. Also is it possible to have a URL wonderful world of dancing.com instead of wwofd.worldpress.com?

Hi there please go to this link:

and scroll down to the Discussion and Likes and Shares module. Uncheck those boxes so that they look like this:
Then click update and they will disappear.
In order to remove the comments, please go here:
https://wwofd.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page
Then check the box next to the title:

Then, go to the drop down menu labeled “Bulk Actions” and select “Edit”. Click on “Apply”, and you will see another dropdown menu next to “Comments”. Select “Do Not Allow”, and click “Update”.
This should disable Comments on that page.
Also is it possible to have a URL wonderful world of dancing.com instead of wwofd.worldpress.com?
Yes! You can do this by purchasing the custom domain: worldofdancing.com – it’s $26/year with Private registration and $18/years without it. To know more about the difference take a look at this guide:
Please go to Store > My Domains in your Dashboard. Here is the direct link:
https://wwofd.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains
Click on Register a new Domain name and enter this:
worldofdancing.com
Follow the prompts and you should be set. Please note that sometimes it take a couple days for it to propagate so if you don’t see it right away please be patient. Let me know after you purchase the domain and I can double check that everything looks right.

Thank you again it worked on my home page comments and etc. gone except I still have this writing at the very bottom “Customized Twenty Twelve Theme. Blog at WordPress.com” Please show me how to delete that.
I was wondering could I have opened a web site without having to contend with all this Blog information? Every page has the same writing on it so in order to delete it all I assume that I must go thru each page at a time with this procedure that I went thru for my home page, am I correct in assuming that?
With the new URL I do not think I will bother because this is just for my own use.
Again I would appreciate very much if you PLEASE help me delete the wording at the very bottom and tell me if I could have opened this site without going thru this trouble?

Please note that the footer credit is required to be displayed according to our terms of service:
http://en.wordpress.com/tos/Note that even sites hosted through our VIP program, such as the TED blog, display a credit to WordPress.com in the footer.
