Can’t change WP admin email address

  Hi! My admin email address has been (email visible only to moderators and staff) since I created the site. I have been trying to change this into my email address, but I never receive any confirmation email from WordPress. Please help!

  Hi there,

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. Your admin account on that site has no connection to your WordPress.com username account, and the confirmation is not sent by us, but the installation of WordPress on your hosting provider’s server. So it’s either the email process in the WordPress software, or something on your hosting provider’s server that’s preventing the email from being sent.
