Can’t click on upload theme button

  I am using the free plan and was going to upload purchased theme from ThemeForest. Do I need to upgrade to business plan first in order to upload third-party theme?

  You can’t use third party themes (and plugins) on the wordpress.com platform unless you upgrade to the Business Plan.
