Can’t close my account

    I tired closing my account and already deleted my website but it won’t let me close my account

    Hi there,

    You cannot close your account because you still have a theme upgrade under your account.

    I can remove the theme for you, but you own the theme indefinitely – so I would recommend you to set your site to private in case you ever want to use the theme again for another site.

    Otherwise, I’d be happy to remove the theme for you so you can proceed with the deletion of the site.
