Can’t close my account

  Hello

  I have been trying to close my account since las week but I keep receivng this error message

  ‘We are still in the process of removing your previous plan. Please check back in a few minutes and you’ll be able to delete your site’

  Please help me close the account.

  Hi there!

  I see that the site intcnh.wpcomstaging.com had the WordPress.com Business plan before, and it’s not fully reverted yet, which would remove all content (including custom themes and plugins) from the site. If you’ve already migrated all content or don’t need to save anything, please let us know, and we’ll revert the site fully so that you can delete it and close your account.

  On a separate note, we’d love to know why you’re no longer continuing your site. Is there anything we could have done to keep you on WordPress.com? Please share your feedback.
