can't comment

  I read a WordPress blog and want to comment. I then type, then fill in the form and post. It then comes with the log-in screen which I also do but the comment never seems to post. It saves the text so I try to post again but it claims it’s a duplicate. Even if I log out and try again it still doesn’t work. This happens at two separate WordPress blogs where open comments are allowed. I’ve tried on Chrome and Internet Explorer. Any help would be much appreciated.

  WordPress.com blog administrators may elect to screen all comments, or all comments not from a previously approved commenter. See the “Other Comment Settings” section of the Discussion Settings support page.
