Can’t complete domain setup

    My site was not secure and I found out my ssl was not activated since my domain wasn’t fully setup. Under what need to be completed it stated ‘mapping out domain.’ I use NameCheap. I followed the instructions to change it to ns1.wordpress.com ns2 and ns3. After 72 hours I still did not have access to my site. I worked with NameCheap and they said to switch it back to NameCheap BasicsDNS. I feel like I’m running in circles trying to figure this out. I need my site running and secure and I keep running into walls. For activating my freeSSL it says to go to the Website Tab on my dashboard and I cannot find that tab for the life of me. I’m so new to this and am overwhelmed.
