Can’t connect to WordPress

  Hello,
  I can no longer log to my site. WordPress doesn’t recognize my password. Of course I tried to reset it but I don’t get the reset email.
  I also tried with another browser, nothing happens. Even the admins on my site can’t connect to it.
  Can you help me please?

  I changed my password via PHPMYADMIN and it still dosen’t work.
  Is there someone who can help me?
