Can’t Connect WordPress Account with Same User on Company WordPress Site

  Our wordpress-based site won’t seem to connect with the user information on wordpress.com (both attached to same email). I’ve gone throughout both sides and can’t find any way to connect them.

  The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

  Hi! This site is hosted with a different provider, but you can connect to WordPress.com through Jetpack if you’d like. You can either log into the account you used to connect the site earlier, or disconnect and reconnect with this account. If that isn’t working for you, can you actually reach out to Jetpack support? You can use this if you have a paid Jetpack plan:
