Can’t create new blog post

  Hi there, I have taken over a WP hosted blog for a company and I can’t seem to create new posts. It directs me to a blank page and doesn’t load. Any suggestions?

  What site is this for? There isn’t a site connected to your account.

  You may not be able to create new posts because of your user role settings, but what is the account that is connected to the site you are using?

  Hi there, it’s for http://www.shoplogix.com. My user settings are correct – it has the same settings as the admin profile…

  That is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with here.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
