Cant Customize site.

    I can log in WordPress but when I click customize, it asks for a password, once entered it says incorrect password.

    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi @scclay05, it sounds like you’re connected through Jetpack, and Jetpack needs to send you to wp-admin for those customizations.

    Can you log in here?

    The username and password may be different from what you use for our services, but you should be able to reset the password using the email address that gets site notifications.
