Can’t delete former site owner from account

  I created this site under another account that I own. Once I got this one built, I transferred it to a new account and a new owner. All that went fine, I can log in as the new user and nothing shows from where this one was under the original account. BUT…..I can’t remove my original admin account from this new account. I don’t have any options to do so when I go under the User information. I tried looking in my original account (where I can still see the account I transferred out), as well as looked on the new account. No options show up that will allow me to remove my original admin access to the new account. The new user on the new account is an admin, so I’m scratching my head as to why I can’t do this. Any help would be appreciated!
