cant delete my account or site. I dont have access

  I cannot delete my old account or site and have no ability to recover it. The email it was connected to was deleted. I tried account recovery, but it doesn’t recognize the transaction ID from my bank statement. this is really frustrating The site is jalenmok.wordpress.com. the site above is not the site I need help with. I had to make a separate account.
