Can't Delete Site

  I am trying to deleting my site. However, when I try to delete the site, it says ‘You have active premium upgrades on your site. Please cancel your upgrades prior to deleting your site.’ But I don’t have any active premium upgrades! What do I do?

  Hi there,

  The upgrade that needs to be deleted is not under the account you are contacting us from. Do you happen to know the user who owns the upgrade? You’ll need them to remove the upgrade so that you can delete the site.
