can't delete site

Hi,
I’m the administrator of both sites, but can not delete neither of the two.
the button or link to permanently delete the site is not showing up.
I have changed my username in the past twice.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It was tricky to find how to delete a site because on the support site: https://wordpress.com/support/delete-site/ say to follow settings>general>scroll down and there is it.
But that’s not the case, not by me. I must go to “My Home” on the dashboard of the site I want to delete, then at the right side choose the menu item, “Name Your Site” then one more time on the fuchsia color button, and thereby scrolling down, there can you find the link to delete the site.
A little bit confusing, don’t you think?

I was on the “My Sites” dashboard, then I follow the instructions of the support site above. but there was nothing like a link to delete the site.

This is happening because you have opted out of the new navigation (https://wordpress.com/support/account-settings/#dashboard-appearance). To access the site’s settings with the deletion option visit this page:

you mean if that option is not enabled,(not blue colored) then I have access to delete the site through settings>general settings.
