Can’t delete site – ‘manage purchases’!?

    Can’t delete site as this message appears – ‘You have active premium upgrades on your site. Please cancel your upgrades prior to deleting your site.’

    When I then go to ‘manage purchases’ a never expiring theme which I previously bought is there, however no way (that I can see) to remove it which is what I need to do before deleting the site presumably.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    A member of staff is required to delete a “never expiring” theme. I have added a modlook tag to ask if a member of staff could assist you. There may be a delay as many staff are currently away at a conference.

    I’ve removed the premium theme from ruta48.wordpress.com so it should now be possible to delete the site with these steps:

    Delete a Website
