Can’t delete user

  When I try to remove a user, selecting the option to move all content to another user does not display any items in the dropdown and the confirm button is disabled. Instead selecting the delete all content option, I get the error message ‘There was an error removing ‘. What can I do?

  Hi there,

  If you’re speaking of the site, http://osqstamman.wordpress.com/, and the user, jfwtest, you cannot remove that user from the site as they are the site owner.

  The only way to remove jfwtest from that site is if jfwtest themselves transfer ownership of the site to someone else:
