Can't disable auto renewal

  I just bought a domain name, and it said it would be “easy to disable auto-renewal of the subscription”. That isn’t the case thought, instead there just comes up an error: “There was a problem disabling auto renew. Please try again or contact support if the issue continues.”

  I’ve tried a couple of times now, still does’t work. Could you help me out? I don’t want my subscription to auto renew each year.
