can’t do my payment

I want to upgrade to a plan, but i am not able to make the payment as every time i type in my card detail and click on Pay, ‘Your card number is incorrect’ is displayed and i can’t go any further. I checked with my bank and my card is working, and i repeatedly checked my typed info and they are absolutely correct. please help…..

We can only accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards.
Does the card your trying have either of those logos on it?

According to our logs your payments are being declined by your bank with the error, “Your card does not support this type of purchase.”
So you might need to enable your card for online and/or international purchases first. Please contact your bank directly for help with that.
