Can’t download customer list to email

    For some reason when I select the download button in WordPress and it replies that the customer file is being sent to my email, it never shows up. The list is about 2,500, so it is not very large. Any suggesting how to accomplish?

    I tried a number of time last week and today with no luck. BTW, I attempted this will my monthly revenue which I’ve been able to do every month but this last month.

    I’m afraid we won’t be able to help you here as your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
