Can’t edit site settings

  I’m trying to edit some of the basic settings on my site, like the links (the ones that show up under ‘The Associates’ on the right-hand pane) and the categories (i.e.., the main categories of content, which appear in a list under ‘The Associates’). There seems to be no way for me as the site admin to access either of these categories in order to edit them. Or if there is a way, it is VERY well hidden. Too well hidden, I would say.

  (Also, if there is a way to contact WordPress support directly, this is also very well hidden.)
