Can't edit the text as it is getting overwritten

  Hi, since an hour ago my WordPress site started acting weird. Whenever I try to edit the text it is getting overwritten. Whenever I place my mouse pointer I am not finding a blinking blackline but a Blue rectangle box. I don’t think the problem is with my computer as I didn’t face any problem while writing this text.

  Example text: “AFCON 2019 is 32nd edition” if I want to make it “AFCON 2019 is the 32nd edition” it is turning into “AFCON 2019 is the edition”
