Can't edit website

For example, if I’m logged in and go into ‘pages’ to edit existing content a login page pops up and I’m asked to enter my details. When I do that it says ‘error: the password you have entered is incorrect…’ Yet, I’m already logged in and if I log out and use the same login details I can re-enter but not edit pages. I tried two different browsers and get the same problem whether in Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome. I tried enabling cookies too but that doesn’t help. Any advice, thanks?

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
