cant edit wordpress site any longer

  hi folks, i don’t seem to be able to manage my site any longer (it’s quite a while since i did anything with it) i used to have a host of options down the left hand side to add users and change the layout of the site but now there is nothing at all.
  could someone point me in the right direction maybe?
  i also want to retire the site temporarily (take it offline but not to remove any of the content) could someone advise the best way to do this please?

  Are you able to reach the dashboard when going here?:

  http://wmbpablog.wordpress.com/wp-admin

  That is where you’ll be able to see the options you are referring to.

  To set your blog to private, go to Settings > Reading on your dashboard, and click the radio button next to I would like my site to be private, visible only to users I choose.
