Can't edit wrong direction quotation marks alt 0147 and alt 148.

  When trying to fix the start quotation marks as alt+ 0147 in edit function, program exits. No I don’t really want the “community for support”. I want you to fix it and not shuffle it off somewhere else. Yes, I know I’m an idiot but fix it anyway. I’m not really interested in the mob solution, You should know what you’re doing enough to respond without the mob.

  Just stop making “improvements”. Nothing works now. If I edit, I am exited from the program back to the default empty browser with no content.
