Can’t embed Panopto video

  I am trying to embed a Panopto (https://www.panopto.com/blog/share-your-panopto-video-on-any-webpage/) video in my WordPress site. When I copy the embed code into the ‘HTML’ mode, I can see the video when I toggle over to ‘Visual.’ However, it does not show up in the site when I Preview it, nor does it show up when I Update the site. Please advise!

  Hi there,

  That code cannot be embedded on a WordPress.com site, as we don’t allow iframe embed codes on WordPress.com. The only way to use that code on WordPress.com would be via a Business Plan site where you can install plugins.

  The only video embed that are allowed on WordPress.com are those that support the oEmbed protocol, where an embed is handled by posting only a link to a post, page or widget. You can find details on all the video embeds we support here:
