Can't enable or disable comment section

  Comment section is enabled on all posts, but only shows on http://www.drivingfool.com/your-dog-ate-what/. I tried to add comments using bulk actions AND individual post, but no success. I tried deleting comment section on post ‘your dog ate what’ with no success. When I use the bulk option, I use dropdown to choose ‘allow’ comments and update, but it reverts back to ‘no change’.
