Can't enable portfolio content type in WP4.0

  I want to enable portfolios content types in WP4.0.
  Your help page,
  , says “In your site’s dashboard, go to Settings → Writing → Your Custom Content Types and make sure the “Portfolio Projects” option is checked.” but this option does not exist for me.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
