Can’t enter admin page

So, I was getting my site up, and I installed the plugin called Defender and noticed that there were like 3,000 files that were in the section of ‘Malware’ and I do not know what part of my mind thought that deleting all those files will resolve the problem. I deleted them and now I can’t enter the admin page, you know where you modify and do basically everything for your website. Please help, I genuinely not know what to do.

I’m not seeing any WordPress.com sites associated with the user account you are posting from. This frequently means that you have a site using the open-source WordPress software from WordPress.org, but hosted elsewhere.
