Can’t enter the backend of the site

    Hello!
    I’m a colaborator for the Restaurant Espeto do Sul, and I’ve been added to the account to help change the website. My e-mail is (email visible only to moderators and staff).
    The problem is that I can never enter the wordpress backend:
    1 – I put my e-mail and password
    2 – It says the password is wrong ‘ERROR: The username or password you entered is incorrect. Lost your password?’
    3 – I choose ‘Lost your password’ and enter the e-mail to receive or make a new one, but i never receive it.

    When my colleagues send me a generated password it works, but It’s not the ideal solution. Can you help please?
