Can’t find access to my domain hosted on wordpress. no email or passes seem to work

  how do I access my site on WordPress when none of my emails or passes work.
  I understand I had Premium account but nothing helps me access.
  the site is padies.com.
  I have not actively done anything with this site for some time but when my emails failed that was linked to this site I recognised there was a problem. Apparently, it was cancelled because of no payment but as my email did not work then I would not have received any notice or I just did not see the notice. I understand that it was on automatic repayment.
  what to do?

  That site is connected to another account of yours dpiel.
  Completely log out from current denispiel and log in again as dpiel.

  that seems correct but my problem is that the email that gets sent to me to access the site is my padies email which is not working which is why I’m having my present problems. But your suggestion otherwise would probably be correct.
  Wordpress needs to upgrade my emails but I can’t access the site as I don’t have pass. we go round in circles.
  any other suggestions.

  Hi there,

  that seems correct but my problem is that the email that gets sent to me to access the site is my padies email which is not working which is why I’m having my present problems.

  The issue is that the email will not allow you to log in to your other account while you are still logged in to this account.

  To get around this you will want to:

  – log out of your @denispiel account
  – request an email to access your other account
  – when you click on the email you will be able to access the correct account

  ok. that helped. thanks. my problem is that it seems I have multiple sites and don’t seem to access the right one and be able to solve my email problems that need to be redirected. I will cancel the site and rebuild it elsewhere, the forums are helpful but ultimately not being able to contact someone directly to resolve issues especially when they are crucial like emails not working then it is just too frustrating.
  anyway, thanks for your help. WordPress themes are helpful but hosting a site too difficult.
