Can’t find account

  Hello! It has been forever since I’ve posted on my blog. So long that I can’t remember my username or password. I know I posted some of my blog on my Facebook page but I can’t find those posts anymore either. Will an account be deleted for inactivity? How can I find my username if I’ve forgotten it?
